I’m a commercial multi-engine pilot with an instrument rating, and I’m getting close to my CFI checkride. Flying is the long-term goal, and I’m taking it seriously — not just “get it done,” but actually get good at it.
Before I went all-in on aviation, I came up around hands-on work and wrenching. I’ve always liked understanding how stuff works, fixing what’s broken, and making things cleaner the second time around. That mindset is still the same — it just shows up differently now.
In training, it turns into better study systems, better organization, and tools that save time. I’m not interested in doing the same annoying thing ten times when it could be simplified. If I keep running into a problem, odds are I’m going to build something to solve it.
Rolls Development is basically my “home base” for all of that: aviation tools, notes, and software projects that are worth keeping organized. If something is linked, it’s because it’s actually ready to be used — not because I wanted to pad a page.
